The following cancellation fees must be paid by travellers in the event that they decide to cancel their reservation:

Up to 7 days before Journey	20% of amount
Up to 48 hours before Journey	50% of amount
Less than 48 hours before Journey	100% of amount

Bookings may be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability, and for a 10% fee. Only if this is applied seven days prior to the journey date will it be accepted. Rescheduling a reservation fewer than seven days before to the trip will be considered a cancellation, and a new reservation will be issued based on space availability.
