Reservation and Verification: All reservations are contingent upon confirmation and availability.
Only after the agreed-upon deposit or full payment is received are reservations deemed confirmed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure occurrences, Travel Packages retains the right to cancel or alter reservations.

Payment: Payment for services must be made in full before the commencement of the tour or travel arrangements, unless otherwise indicated.
Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon ways are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation and Refunds: The terms and conditions for cancellations differ based on the kind of service selected and are mentioned at the time of booking.
If a refund is available, it will be handled in line with our cancellation policy and might come with administrative costs.

Travel documents and insurance: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all relevant travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are obtained and valid for the duration of the trip.
It is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unanticipated events such as lost luggage, medical crises, and trip cancellations.

Health and Safety: During the trip, travelers are in charge of their own health and safety and are required to abide by all applicable local laws, customs, and regulations.
Travel Packages disclaims all liability for any illness, accident, or loss sustained while on the trip—apart from cases in which negligence can be demonstrated.

Changes to the Schedule: For operational or unanticipated reasons, Travel Packages maintains the right to change the tour or travel arrangements, including the itinerary, lodging, transportation, and other details.

Liability: Travel Packages disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or discomfort resulting from situations beyond our control, including but not limited to natural catastrophes, civil disturbance, and third-party service providers.
Travel Packages responsibility will never be greater than the total sum that the client has paid for the services that they have reserved.
The governing law

Any disputes arising out of or connected to these terms shall be addressed through arbitration in Delhi, India, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by using our services. Travel Packages retains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to update or modify these terms.
